Patsy's favorite foods:  Lumpy mashed potatoes, Virginia ham, steak, Chinese food, meatloaf, Italian food (i.e. spaghetti), shrimp, cheeseburgers, fried chicken (especially her mom's fried chicken salad), homemade ham biscuits, and her mom's gingerbread.
