More Crazy Dreams

From "Anonymous":  My crazy dream was me meeting Patsy when I was young, but she was already gone before I was born.

Twinkling Stars

From Aubrey N. Roberson:   I was in Patsy's house and just saw her life go by, from the day she was born until the crash, and her last word was "Charlie!"

Twinkling Stars

From Patsifan "John":  I dream about Patsy telling me that she's alive and well, and not dead.

From Patsifan "Chuck":  In my dream, I'm standing at the stage and she's singing to me.

Twinkling Stars

From an anonymous Patsifan:  I dreamed that I was singing with Patsy in a duet.

Twinkling Stars

From "Anonymous":  I dreamed that Patsy, some other ladies (other country music singers of her time?) and I were "backstage" somewhere. It was like we were in rickety old wooden buildings just sort of thrown together for a dressing room. I almost got the impression we were at a rodeo for some reason, and she was waiting to go onstage. While we were waiting, Patsy asked me to go call MCI, which in the dream was not the long distance company, but some sort of music association. She said to ask them if they were going to still sponsor her part of the show. So I called, but they said they could only pay about $300 instead of the $1,000 she had expected. That didn't rattle Patsy though, and I remember being impressed that she stayed really cool when she heard the news. She just continued getting ready to go on with the attitude that all would still be well. Also in this dream backstage, I was holding a baby boy! Now, in real life, my youngest is 10 and I don't have a baby, but in this dream I did. Some of the other ladies had babies, too, and I remember mine being dressed all in blue. He was hungry, and when I asked Patsy for a bottle, she gave me one of her little boy Randy's to give to my baby. She had alot of her children's things there with her, and I saw alot of little Randy's things all around. I remember that all these ladies were a little disapproving of me feeding my baby because it wasn't "on schedule." I was feeding him when he was hungry and they were used to the old way of doing things, the way it was done back in the late 50s and early 60s. When I asked to have the bottle warmed, Patsy took it and put it in what I thought was the microwave and set the timer for 15 minutes! I said, "Fifteen minutes! That's too long!" Patsy looked mildy annoyed and took it out and then I realized that it wasn't a microwave, but some kind of little warming oven she kept there backstage. Evidently, I have traveled BACK in time and she was not in our modern day with a microwave. I guess the thing I remember about the dream that really meant the most to me, though, was that at one point when Patsy and I were talking, she said, "Hoss, you get to work doing something for you and those kids! Get with that transcription!" I nodded and knew she was right, because I have been thinking about getting into another aspect of transcription as a job lately. Patsy knew and was telling me to "Go to it!" It was all very vivid and it felt like we were all really there together. After reading the dream left here about the guy who Patsy told that love would find him again, I have to wonder, "Is Patsy a special angel that comes to help her fans when they need her?" At any rate, I sure enjoyed my visit backstage with her! That's the first dream I can ever remember having about Patsy!

From Timmy Blanchard:   My "3-D" dream came when I was 23 years old.  In it, I was invited to a special ballroom to meet someone very special; who it was had been secret.  It was my birthday, so I obliged.  The stage was empty.  Then all of a sudden, in a beautiful pale, blue gown, a beautiful smile on her ruby red lips, Patsy is an angel who just smiled and said, "I know how much you love me.  I was sent to sing just for you, Timmy!"  She sang "Crazy," "It's Been a Blue, Blue Day" and "I Can't Stop Loving You."  My heart nearly burst with happiness.   I love her so much.  She changed gowns 3 different times.  At the end, Patsy smiled and said, "I've got to go, Timmy.  I love you, too!  He's calling for me.  Happy Birthday!"  What a dream!

From Lisa Flood:   Patsy looked exactly like this and I was a passenger in a car she was driving on a sunny Sunday.  We were driving up a parkway and we were looking for Windy Street.  I told her I knew exactly where it was and to follow my directions, but being Patsy, of course she knew better!!  She kept getting lost, but I decided to keep my mouth shut because I didn't want to get into a fight with her.

From Victoria C:   My dreams of Patsy occur when something is wrong.  They started after a good friend died.  When I went home after visiting her grave and fell asleep, I dreamt I was back there, kneeling on her grave, and Patsy approached me, singing 'Have You Ever Been Lonely.'  She told me things would get better, but warned that they would get worse before then.  Sure enough they did get much worse.  Every time I've had a problem after that, even so much as thinking through a bad relationship, I have a dream with Patsy in it, singing some song that helps me sort things out.  Things are starting to look a little better.  When I was onstage about three months ago for an audition, I sang 'Walking After Midnight.'  For some reason, I sang better than I ever had before.  Patsy died twenty years, two months, and two days before I was born.  I don't know why it matters so much, but it's a comfort.  Patsy truly was and is amazing.

From Lisa Flood:   Patsy & I were in a recording studio making recordings for radio shows. We were not singing, we were narrating a music show, taking turns, like DJ's. I remember very clearly hearing her read a paragraph about some artist (can't recall who) and how successful he was "back in 1984." It was SOOO odd to hear Patsy refer to 1984 as a part of the past, LOL!

From Noel A. Bednaz:   I had a dream one night that I went to Heaven and I met Patsy Cline and we sang a duet together.  The song was called "We've Got Tonight," originally a song that Kenny Rogers did with Sheena Easton.  I woke up and I laughed to myself, because I don't think that Patsy would sing a song like that.  It as an interesting dream anyway.
