Patsified!
A Celebration of the Legendary Patsy Cline

March 5, 1998 ~
Thirty-five years ago today, a spectacular voice was lost.  There are those of us who will forever wait at Cornelia Fort Air Field for Patsy Cline to return from Kansas City because, as it says on her headstone, "Death can not kill what never dies ~ love."  This site, launched today, is my token of eternal gratitude to her, a celebration of all of the joy she continues to give us... may Patsy Cline be forever honored with "one helluva crowd!"

Every day, in every way,
I am becoming more and more

Pat'-si-fied (adj): a condition ascribed to an individual who, while normally sane and controlled, becomes an absolute lunatic in the presence of anything pertaining to Patsy Cline (1932-1963), a singer who <choke> began her career in the country and western <gasp> genre, then crossed over <sob><shiver> into popular music <blubber> oh my gosh! I must be Patsified!

Note:  this is where the Webster's definition ends.  This gentleman was last seen shuffling down the street, clutching a copy of "Sentimentally Yours" to his chest, crying and smiling at the same time!

The inventor of the game "Scissors, Paper, Rock" left out "Patsy" on purpose, because Patsy conquers everything, and it just wouldn't be fair!
